Share for Review- White/Black screen only
When I try to Share for Review, I only see this. I have updated my software to the most recent release. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
The fix for this issue is available in the latest InDesign release 16.2.1
Please update to this latest version of InDesign to get the fix.

This is still not working for me. I deleted all those cache and preference documents that Ravi mentions above. It worked for a couple uploads after that reset, but now on the 3rd try it's blank again when I click "share for review" ... So frustrating.

I'm having the same issue and Shari's comment below actually worked for me in the meantime:
"Found this from a month ago...worked for me -- obviously this is a workaround / hack. but might get a few people through this until the issue is fixed."
1. Close InDesign.
2. Open Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) and sign out.
3. Launch InDesign and sign in here (not from CCD).
4. Create a new document in InDesign.
5. Open the Share for Review panel. -

I'm also running into this issue. The problems first started when I had 5 files open and shared for review (with edits added) and I needed to update my share links. I'd save File 2/5, have it open and active in my window, but when I went to update the share link, it would only show the share link for the previous file (File 1/5). This happened almost every time I restarted the software.
Now the whole program crashes when I try to share for review and I'm also getting the black File Share toolbox as the OC mentioned. My software is also completely updated.

I tried using this feature yesterday for the first time and it worked great. Today it is not working, same issues. Hopefully you will able to remedy this soon.

Black screen for review Just happened on my computer. Worked earlier today. I've logged out of InDesign and Creative Cloud. I've rebooted my Mac. I've tried both workaround. Neither works. InDesign 16.1.

I'm having the same issue. It worked a few days ago and now it doesn't work at all. Just a black screen, even after updating to 16.1. I love this feature, I hope it works again soon!

Well, this is frustrating. My "Share for Review" has stopped working, the panel is blank. Everything is up to date, running InDesign 16.1. Was working fine, now nothing. Tried logging out of Creative Cloud, logging back in, multiple restarts. PLEASE FIX. Pretty embarrassing to start using the feature only for it to stop working and I have to explain the issue to my employer. After a Google search, I see this issue is widespread with InDesign users.

Wonder if it has something to do with the cache because when I go to export a pdf instead, the folder for the indesign cache comes up instead of my project folder.
