Please update to this latest version of InDesign to get the fix.—

I'm having the same issue and Shari's comment below actually worked for me in the meantime:
"Found this from a month ago...worked for me -- obviously this is a workaround / hack. but might get a few people through this until the issue is fixed."
1. Close InDesign.
2. Open Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) and sign out.
3. Launch InDesign and sign in here (not from CCD).
4. Create a new document in InDesign.
5. Open the Share for Review panel.
