Share for Review- White/Black screen only
When I try to Share for Review, I only see this. I have updated my software to the most recent release. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The fix for this issue is available in the latest InDesign release 16.2.1
Please update to this latest version of InDesign to get the fix.

  And me! It worked fine this morning and then bam, it took out my browser. I rebooted and now I too have the black screen of doom. As a workaround, you can view it online, but you can't see the specific insertions and deletions, only the pins and the comments. Slow hand clap again, Adobe.

  Mac user here. Deleting caches + preferences and login out and back in to the CC app worked for me.

  The suggested solution of log out / log in only worked once for me. Since then I have been plagued with issues, lost all my original reviews, and had to start all over again with my collaborator. Today, guess what... blank screen again. No reviews visible. Tried the log out / log in routine, no success. Indesign has been crashing quite frequently also. So frustrating.

  I have this issue all the time. I am running the latest version of Indesign and having constant problems with coordinating the reviews on an important document. Given how much we are paying for this subscription there should not be any issue like this happening to so many people

  Happens over and over again. Even after clearing the cache as described in this thread - a few days later same problem, after InDesign (16) crashed during copy&paste.
