The fix for this issue is available in the latest InDesign release 16.2.1
Please update to this latest version of InDesign to get the fix.—

I am running the latest version of Indesign and having constant problems with coordinating the reviews on an important document. Given how much we are paying for this subscription there should not be any issue like this happening to so many people

The suggested solution of log out / log in only worked once for me. Since then I have been plagued with issues, lost all my original reviews, and had to start all over again with my collaborator. Today, guess what... blank screen again. No reviews visible. Tried the log out / log in routine, no success. Indesign has been crashing quite frequently also. So frustrating.
