Hello All,
We have fixed a number of crashes with InDesign’s latest Nov’17 update.
Please download the latest InDesign version (InDesign CC 13.0.1) for the fix.List of crashes and other issues that have been fixed with the update can be found at the below provided link:

This issue has been fixed in the latest update of InDesign 2022 - version 17.3
Please update to this latest update of InDesign using Creative Cloud Desktop Application to get the fix.

Thanks for writing to us. I understand your workflow and can see it is not working but since, in case of split paragraph style split epub in new chapters, endnote referencing lost its context which is why it is not working. Please share an outline of your workflow explaining its importance.

Hello All,
Thank you for reporting the issue to us.
We have fixed the issue in the latest version of InDesign, Id 15.0Please upgrade your InDesign application to the latest version to try out the fix.

Go to Endnote reference is available when your cursor is within an endnote i.e. with blue endnote markers. So if you are out of that range or out of endnote frame "Go to endnote reference" is not available.
Please confirm your cursor pointer when you are right-clicking.
