We have released an update for InDesign CC2019 (v 14.0.2) which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on 14.0.2, then we recommend you to update to latest version.
If you still face a crash issue even after updating, please submit the crash report to us.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We understand why the present behavior is not desirable for your needs.
We are going to consider this as a new Feature Request. Accordingly, we’ve moved this to the Feature Request category. Thanks,

An error occurred while saving the comment RY commentedAsk the press you're sending the files to if they require the images to be converted by you or if there RIP software will handle that automatically and convert to their specific color profile.
Also, if you try just converting to CMYK from image files if the image files have any adjustment masks applied to them for color it will remove them and you lose the adjustments that were made.

Hi All,
Can you explain how this would be used, is the end goal to find a some stuff restricting the search to Tables, or is it something else. It would really help if you can share how you plan to use this new GREP code for tables.
Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment RY commentedLike so many things with Adobes features that vanish, this a 3rd party plug-in is attempting to fill the gap.
Look for in5.
