Add run-in footnotes
Add run-in footnotes, so multiple footnotes could be on the same line to save space (instead of every footnote starting on a new line)

Adobe, why do you keep ignoring this request?

It's a joke that this hasn't already been taken care of by Adobe.

An essential feature. This was done by all good typesetters pre-digitial and should be possible in InDesign.

I have a 2000 page Bible in 27 files that would save 100 pages with this feature as there are over 8000 footnotes. When we combine the files to make a one volume Bible we'll have to use a different program unless InDesign adds this feature.

In some cases, handy idea if it's not confusing for the readers...

This is a much needed features. I cannot tell you how much business I give to *non-Indesign-typesetters* because I have some projects that need this and you don't adequately support it.
