Adobe InDesign 2024(v19.0) - Users are facing issues while scrolling using Trackpad/Touchpad
I have installed the upgrade to Adobe InDesign 2024 (build 19.0) while keeping version 2023 (build 18.5) and have encountered the following problem:
- After opening a document, the mouse scroll wheel does not seem to work (i.e. it is not possible to scroll up or down the contents of a page). However, this condition still works in InDesign version 2023.
Has anyone encountered the same problem and found a solution?

This issue was fixed in 19.2 version of InDesign.
Please update to this version or later to get the fix.

I have a Bluetooth/USB mouse & am not able to scroll in ANY ID documents!! It's very frustrating!! What is the best fix for this!!!???

It's actually happening with a USB mouse too. Zooming in/out is especially wonky. Trying to zoom in causes InDesign to zoom all the way out.

This has been happening to me too. I'm getting a little bit of scrolling but it doesn't work most of the time. I thought it was my mouse at first but every other app is working fine. InDesign 2024 is unusable without scrolling.

I have this problem with a touchpad on an up-to-date Windows 11 Home 64 Lenovo Yoga 920 (Intel Corei7-8550U). A USB mouse has no problem in my case, but if I try to scroll with two fingers on the touchpad, it sometimes moves a little after I've been scrolling a while but usually doesn't respond at all.
