Share for Review- White/Black screen only
When I try to Share for Review, I only see this. I have updated my software to the most recent release. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Same issue here. Intermittent but can't nail down an obvious trigger. I try to share for review and the pop-up window is completely blank.

What worked for me was downgrading to version 15.1 and logging out of CC. However the first time I did this, Share for Review worked fine until InDesign crashed, after which it stopped working again! I had to do the whole thing over: I first tried logging in and out of CC which didn't work, so I downloaded v 15.1.1, logged out and back in, which still didn't work, so finally I ended up downgrading to 15.1 again and logged out/in. That worked, but at this point I'm nervous that InDesign will crash again and put me back to square one.

I was able to resolve the original issue, but now my NEW issue is even after sharing for review- I cannot access the comments made. They showed a white screen (again) and then this lovely error message. Since I cannot download a copy of the comments from the web this feature was a waste of time.
I don't think this feature is stable enough right now, so unfortunately I will not be using until all the bugs are worked out.

Closing ID and logging out from the CC app solved my problem with teh black screen.

Logging out of CC app with InDesign closed then restarting Mac and logging back to CC app has fixed this issue.

Happened to me the next time I started InDesign after it had "crashed" while I was quitting. Logging out and then back into Creative Cloud seems to have returned things to normal.

Exact same issue over here. Latest Windows and InDesign 15.1.1. Installed 15.1 didn't do the trick.

Exact same issue for our entire team. InDesign 15.1.1. Latest MacOS.

I am also experiencing the same issue with a black screen since last week (June 26, 2020). I think there was a new update, then my Indesign crashed while I was working, and now this seems to be the result.

Yep, same here

I'm experiencing the same issue with a black screen. I was logging out and back in of Creative Cloud before which seemed to work, but I'm not having any luck today.

I'm seeing a black screen instead since the 15.1.1 update. (it seems to be the same problem)
It happened after a crash; before it was working fine.Any news? I have just presented this great feature to the rest of my team, and now it looks like it is not steady.

I'm seeing a black screen. Latest version of InDesign (15.1.1)

It initially worked fine for me and I've already sent my document for review and received comments from reviewers. Then Indesign crashed. I then reopened Indesign and now the review panel is black. EDIT: I had updated InDesign from previous to the latest version (15.1.1). Seems that that may be what the problem is. I also removed caches and the panel is still black.

if I open the review panel on the approve button right top in the main window I get only a black screen. I try waiting but nothing changed.
