Hi, I'm using Adobe CC Desktop v. 5.11.0.522.1 and InDesign v. 18.5 x64

I have 2 bugs with the Properties panel, that I've moved on my laptop screen:

1 - In the first video, when I select a text box and tried to change the font weight from the properties panel, the text field flashes and when I hold and click-hold on the font-weight field, my cursor is not well aligned with the hover selection

2 - The Porperties panel, on my second screen, for me is my laptop, is not well adjust on the others panel and it have a line-shadow.
