Indesign 2022 - Crashes - Menus not working - and more!!!
What a joke!
Menus not working or opening adobe site in safari
Luckily keyboard commands still work
Adobe should be billed by all of its users for wasting our time with this garbage
Worst release EVER!! and I have used it since the beginning.
Time for a change at the top of the development team.
and all the way down. DOn't you test this at all!
SHAME ADOBE take the money and give us rubbish

Same here. Some drop down menus show no information (specifically, Text Wrap) and have to double click to access some features. Using InDesign 220.127.116.11 on iMac OS Monterey (12.5.1).

Same here! Menu drop downs don't work and ID crashes every few minutes. Literally cannot do my job! Things that don't matter:
1. Deleting preferences
3. What computer you're using
4. What fonts you're using
5. What images you're using
6. If you have peripherals
7. Going back to Version 17.1 - does the same thing!
Just fix the software, Adobe! This is beyond bad. It's unusable. It's embarrassing as a freelancer to tell your client you just can't do the job. You're stealing money from us, Adobe.

Yes, MENUS do not drop down.. that means the entire functionality of the program is destroyed. How long till a fix? Have to reinstall previous version it looks like.
What incredibly incompetent and flakey developers you have. WHY create a new release that destroys the app????? Why?

I updated too Mac Book Pro Monterey 12.2 and then Indesign went all crazy....
Same here. Look at my screen shot... All my menus freeze on the screen!!! I have to double click to access my drop down menus from the navigation and still I cannot access sub-menus

This is a poor release. I'm having the same issue with menus -- they only work with click and hold. ID still freezes (not responding) on launch, and is unstable (freezes randomly) when in use. Terrible update.
MacBook Pro M1 OS 12.1
More of the same here. What a nightmare !!!
Common keyboard commands such as 'Comm+N' for a new document, Comm+O' for opening an existing document, 'Comm+;' for showing/hiding guidelines... I could go on and on...
It just doesn't work anymore ?!?
It is indeed the worst release ever !!!
