Share for Review- White/Black screen only
When I try to Share for Review, I only see this. I have updated my software to the most recent release. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
The fix for this issue is available in the latest InDesign release 16.2.1
Please update to this latest version of InDesign to get the fix.

It work for me now!
Delete the following:
on Mac:
/Users/yourname/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign
/Users/yourname/Library/Caches/CSXS/cep_cacheon Win:
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Temp\cep_cacheThen Sign-out once from Creative Cloud and then Sign-in again.
Then launch InDesign and initiate Share for Review. -

Ok, but what if I already upgraded to InDesign 2021??? and the problem persists??? I've restarted the software, restarted my computer, tried it in a different document. It still comes up blank

The new tools are missing. I saw them once and then they vanished. Now all that is there is the pin tool and draw tool

I still have the error even though I installed the 2021 update. So that was not the right solution.

Still having issues with a blank box even after updating to ID2021 and restarting programs.

I have updated, deleted my preference files and even received a video from Adobe saying how great Review is and showing me how to use it yet when I click share for review a review window appears with a black box in it meaning I can't review my work. This is very annoying when I have been using this with clients for the last month or so and I am still paying for it even though it isn't there. Please help.

I recently update my Indesign version to 15.12 but for some reason the share for review window will not show anything. It is completely empty and I can't update the link to share for review.

I'm having the same issues everyone else is having with the Share for Review a blank screen. It is a great feature and with my team all working from home its been great to share with the team instead of sending multiple PDF's to review.
When can we expect the issue to be resolved with an update?
