Typekit (or Adobe Fonts) or Fonts menu collapses while browsing through the list of fonts.
I am absolutely loving the new InDesign features. But, whilst testing the new Typekit/Adobe Fonts browsing window in InDesign I came across this bug / crash. Instead of allowing me to freely roam the vast selection of fantastic fonts, the window just decides to close and defaults to one of the already synced fonts.
InDesign version: 14.0, included a screencap.
Edit: We reached to the users who have commented the issue still persists to identify the gap. It was discovered that their issue is different from what is being discussed on this thread. The issue pertaining to this thread is fixed. Hence, we are closing the thread.

Can't scroll my font menu in InDesign. As I start scrolling it goes back to the top of the window. REALLY FRUSTRATING!!

The font menu always jumps to the beginning again when selecting. This makes the choice of the font style very difficult sometimes even impossible. (ID 2019 on Apple OS Mojave)

When I try to change the currently selected font I must click the font from the drop down menu in order for the selection to stick. if I hit Return/Enter to select the font it will momentarily change and then revert to the previously selected font.

When I am trying to select a font with the type panel open, it will automatically reset back to the last font that was selected. It does this whether I scroll using the keyboard or with a mouse.

I am having the same issue, but for me it only happens when I access the "Find More" options, and am reviewing the list of fonts available for download from Adobe fonts. Also on a Windows 10 machine.

I am encountering the same issue. I'm trying to select a font and keeping scrolling down, only for it to pop back up to the very top. Using the same 14.0 on Windows 10. It's a bit frustrating...

Searching for new font options I find that it times out and resets to the top of the list. So If I am after a script font, I can apply a filter, but I if I try to scroll down either with a mouse or on a wacom tablet, after maybe 3-4 secs, it refreshes/resets to the top of the list., whether I'm scrolling or hovering over a font, so it makes it impossible to review or select/activate a new font. Really really frustrating.

InDesign 14.0 on Windows 10 x64
If I scroll with the arrow keys or the mouse wheel through the font list the selection jumps every few seconds back to the last activated font.
especially the Adobe Fonts (Typekit) column refreshed every few seconds (loading icon on the cursor) and the font list closes and jumps to the last selected font.

Just giving you feedback that the font menu is terrible to use. When I click on a font to try it out, decide to try another and want to continue on from where I was, I can no longer do this. Now when I click a font it puts them at the top, and I have to scroll all the way back down and find where I was. If I hit (for example) "k" on my keyboard, instead of going to the first font starting with "k" in the list, it now filters by all fonts starting with k, which isn't what I want.
FYI this is a very complained about change in the Adobe programs. If you search online and your own forums, there are many posts complaining about this.
