I have THREE blank panels!

Wrap around panel is blank in spite of closing and reopening and restarting making it impossible to adjust any options.

In the last two versions of InDesign, there is a tendency for the palettes to lose their functionality (see attached). This can be remedied by deleting preferences, but that's very clumsy and possibly harmful to workflow. Better if the problem was fixed at the factory.

I've had several instances over the last month or so where the Paragraphs panel is completely empty. I've tried restarting the app, restarting the computer, switching to different workspaces, deleting cache, deleting preferences, etc. but nothing works. I'm not sure why, but it occasionally just fixes itself, only to happen again. So far it's been empty for the last week or so without correcting the issue. I'm using InDesign 17.4, MacOS Monterey version 12.6 on a Mac Studio with Apple Silicon M1 Max.

Running InDesign 17.4; just noticed my Character, Glyphs and Attributes panels are blank.

Random panels go blank for no reason. Often I can get what I need accomplished by finding commands in another place, but sometimes I can't (such as the forms and buttons panel). Apparently this has been an issue for a long time.

Effects panel randomly went blank inside. Shows the panel itself, but no options or buttons inside of it. Tried closing and reopening panel and restarting indesign. Still blank. Been using InDesign for 20+yrs never seen this particular problem before.

When I place an mp3 or mp4 media file, it is not visible in the Media Panel. I'm running OSX Catalina 10.15.7 on a 2014 macbook pro, and I've installed the latest version of InDesign 16.3.2. I've reinstalled it three times, each time deleting all the existing prefs and settings. I've restarted with SHIFT/CONTROL/ALT/CMD keys down and said 'yes/ to dump the preferences. This is as annoying as the EPUB Intereactivity panel not working either. All issues seem to have been with the latest update that will work on newer macs. Anyone else having the same problems?

Paragraph panel not loading. It's been like this for month. Restarting or logging out/into CC doesn't help.

I have the same problem, using indd 2019 and windows 10 (actual versions) .... there ist no display or function in the color swatches panel at all.

i have already deinstalled indd 2019 an reinstalled it with the option not to use former versions preferences.

Same problem for several panels, WHY is this happening and HOW can I fix it? Have reinstalled and it still does not work as it should. Please advise. Need help ASAP (can't do my work and starting to panic - deadlines!)

And once again, for days, I am unable to see any swatches. I cannot select any colors to get work done. This is outrageous.

Swatches do not show at all in multiple documents. Closing and reopening has no effect.

I have the same problem, it is possible to have a solution ???

Please clean the Preferences and Cache folder of InDesign once and let me know if you still face the issue after this.
Also, make sure the view you selected for Swatches Panel is : Show All Swatches

It is not an idea, it is a bug.
I use Indesign CC2018 13.0.1 and have several panels open. The swatches panel usually shows 6 or 7 lines, which im most cases is enough for the amount of colors I use. In the past days, I just saw "none" as color, and not the other colors. At first I thought, that the colors were missing, but I could use them at other locations in Indesign. But now I found out, that although the panel is bigger, only the first line is shown, and I have to scroll using my mouse (because also no scrolling bar is seen). And there is room left with the background-grey, which has been and should and could be used.
