Pages/spread overlapping after changing page size
InDesign 2018 CC 13.0.1
Pages and spreads are doing weird things when I resize my document. It creates some odd margin after resize of pages. I start out with 2 pages, document shuffling allowed, facing pages turned off.
Pagespread01112617 - shows the page spread I was working with; each page is 10”x12.25”.
Pagespread02112617 - after I changed the size to 10.68”x11.239” for another ad spread, a weird margin showed up. The content boxes show how there is an odd overlap; each box is 10.68" wide.
Pagespread03_112617 - If I move page 2 down in the Pages panel, and realign it with page 1, the margin disappears.
Hi,
We have been able to reproduce the issue and it is currently under investigation.

Wondering about the status of this? This is happening to me and I see it was under investigation in 2018.

Same problem resizing a document in spreads. The Page view quick fix does work.
Here is another fix - after the resize change the document to Facing Pages and and back in the Document Setup dialogue and all your spreads should magically appear back to normal.

It's a simple fix. You need to move your pages down (I'd start with the last page and start as if it's a new layout spread), then pull each panel into that new spread and it fixes the problem. It's just a glitch. Had it happened sporadically. Basically, just re-shuffle the spreads and it will snap back.

I'm experincing the same problem when creating book cover layouts and I want to change the spine size (i.e. page 2 i a 3 page spread), can this be fixed or di I have to redo the cover every time I need to change the spine size?

I'm able to recreate it using a new doc. But I notice that this occurs when I uncheck Facing Pages at the time I create a new doc. If I create a document with Facing Pages checked on but then go back to uncheck it after the fact, this odd behaviour doesn't occur. I have a screen capture video of this bug if you want to see it in action. It is reproducible on my end.
