My Publish Online Dashboard doesn't show any of my publications (the section "Document Trends" remains totally empy after I publish or update a document. Though I manage to push the documents online and the share-link URLs do work.
Thx in advance for your concern3 votes
Steps to reproduce: post a Publish Online document, then click to download a PDF.
Expected result: all buttons and interactivity would remain.
Actual result: all buttons disappear and all interactivity is lost. Occurs in both Chrome and Safari, on desktop and handhelds.

The "Include Classes in HTML" checkbox doesn't work for Character Styles. Whereas paragraph styles and object style export without the class, character styles actually export without the tag at all—losing any formatting for that style. This is the case both in HTML and EPUB export.7 votes
After exporting to a reflowable epub 2.0.1, endnotes don't work when you have selected to split the epub using paragraph styles based on export label.
Thanks in advance

On Android phones and tablets: Publish Online skips pages when trying to swipe from page-to-page in certain Publish Online documents.
The thread on the forums is here: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2419718
The documents that have been reported to exhibit this behavior include:
1, "Five Days from Nowhere," found here https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/publish-online.html

Unable to create a URL from the Publish Online button. Does not complete task. Freezes at 98%. I have tried restarting (app and computer both) using a different file extension, etc.
- Indesign CC 2018 13.1.0 x64 Windows
- Click "publish online" from INDD or IDML file
- URL from the "publish online" command.
- Hangs out at 98% and doesn't produce a URL, but doesn't totally freeze the program. I can still use the program while this happens.
HTML ads produced in InDesign are exporting wrong. Fonts distorting, bevel and drop shadow not showing up. Several other elements look wrong.2 votes
- Windows 8 : Firefox and Chrome
We have been using the Publish online Feature for a year. Today, the lastest post displays all the hyperlinks. Attached are two browser versions. Windows looks much like Chrome. Thoughts1 vote

Randomly the number and link are both missing, not all but some. Sometimes there could be just one footnote number or 10...but some or all are missing. The footenote references are there with the links, just not the footenote number/link.1 vote
I've published my document online, and when I do the image overlay isn't showing. It just shows my color block, but not the image below.
It displays properly in the thumbnail preview though. See attachment for behavior issues.

Videos and buttons get cut in half when placed over a 2 page spread in Publish online and Fixed layout EPUB
When a video or button is placed across two pages on a spread, both gets cut in half, working separately on different pages. So, if video is played in Publish Online document or Fixed Layout EPUB, only half part is played.
Similarly with buttons, only half button gets clicked.1 vote
When using Publish Online, graphic elements (mostly color blocks) move in the published version. Oddly enough, when you click to view thumbnails, the thumbnails look correct. (Example: navy color block on right page should align with color block on left page).

Images inside scaled frames can be pixelated when published. It looks like the frame scaling is applied to the resolution i.e. a 10% scaled frame will have 10% of the desired resolution. Reproducible if 'Adjust scaling percentage' preference is set. Setting a higher export resolution in the 'Publish Online' dialogue doesn't fix it.
InDesign CC 2018, probably older versions with Publish online.4 votes
Apparently, the analytics for Publish Online are disappearing. Possibly anything before the most recent 25 are gone. Will those be returning? Can we recover that data? My clients need the info and sometimes request it months later, and we publish a ton of stuff using the system.1 vote
I'm working on a book to be an epub. The epub version works perfectly (sound/animation), then I had to make another version for the publish online. The problem was, when convert to publish online directly, sound was going on way before it's page, for example, on the first page we were hearing the next 4 pages almost at the same time. I solved this problem by inserting play/pause buttons for the sounds. It was working perfectly fine last week, and now this week, some pages don't play sound at all. But in the epub preview in InDesign, everything is working perfectly fine.
