Can't access free templates
If you create software, and have templates that are labeled free. There should be no reason why I need a adobe stock account to access FREE TEMPLATES!!
If it requires said license, it should say, REQUIRES ADOBE STOCK LICENCE
If you are going to offer a product and put a paywall subscription behind it, that you can't access. What is the point of paying for a product that you can't access FREE content or basic options to try out.
Who ever designed that, needs to re-word it.
As you can tell, not a happy client.

paragraph format
Can't create a new paragraph format. To be more presice, I can't change the font settings itself (fontstyle, size etc.)
It should look like the others underlined in green.

Layout drop down does not work
When I click on the layout menu dropdown and select any of the options like move pages, delete, duplicate, etc. Nothing happens. I have the most recent version of InDesign. I also get a default option when I click on the File drop down options and requires me to restart so I can save, export to pdf etc.. This is incredibly frustrating.

Opening idml from CC2021 crashes CC2020 but not CC2019 and earlier
When I save file as an idml from CC2021 I cannot open it in CC2020 as it crashes. CC2019 and earlier can open idml files from CC2021. It seems to be an issue only with CC2020. I've managed to open a 1 page blank document with CC2020 from CC2021, but anything that I've worked properly on crashes when the idml is opened in CC2020. I've attached an example.

cannot create new document
Adobe InDesign 2021 - When I click on "Create new document" I get a grey pop-up window where I cannot click on anything. Any suggestions?

Some spreads gone grey and only export as blank pages
I have an account report getting some problems. Some spreads have suddenly gone grey - as you see in screenshot. In the Pages panel they appear blank and when I export them - also blank. When I try to fix the page or add a new one the program unexpectedly quits.

Shortcuts 'Open' and 'New' not working when ID starts for the first time after quit
Key commands for 'Open' and 'New' are not working when InDesign starts for the first time after quit or restart.
However as a workaround I've discovered I can get things working again if I go to InDesign > Preferences > General and just click OK . For some reason that brings the functionality back.
Please provide a patch soon :)

Saving... way to define
With the version 16.0, InDesign doesn't find the way to the file when I save it. I have to define it every time, it is not very convenient.

When I create a new document and go to save, I do not get a save window. I have to close out the app and go back in for it to work. Sometimes I have to close out and go back in multiple times.

modification date
This is so strange.. When I want to open a file in the window there is no date anymore. So how to see which file is the latest one you worked on? I resetted preferences, but still it only shows: name-size-kind-date added... And i can not find a way to get a view options panel for this. any help?

some lines in textbook can no longer be read, whole line blacked out in Indesign 15.1.2
After updating to InDesign 15.1.2
some lines in some text boxes are blacked out, text cannot be read anymore
I used Arial. A few other fonts show the text, but do not remove black line of unused text.
I can make text white, it will then show up on black background.

column guides
Column guides don't keep the gutters consistent. When changing the guides from 2 to 3 columns with a gutter at 4mm the gutter changes to 4.33mm, WHY???

discrepancy with the unit of measurement v15.1.2 on macOS Mojave v10.14.6
There is a discrepancy with the unit of measurement. Even tho it is set up to inches, the "new document" dialog box keeps the bleed, margins, and gutter in millimeters.

Page number underline
Page numbering with underline aligned left and centre has a horizontal offset underline. Only aligned right seems to be working correctly.

Page numbering is broken
Since the latest update (InDesign 15.1.2) you can no longer change the page numbering to roman numerals or a, b, c etc. When you make a new section and change the style of numbering system - nothing changes. You can also not make a page have a new number - for example change page 10 to page 20, it will remain as page 10. These are very important features of InDesign and need to be fixed as soon as possible.
