For years I have loaded a specific workspace on opening InDesign and now suddenly I'm having to reset my workspace every time I open. It will keep the panels open if there is still another file open... but as soon as that last file is closed... I have to reset it again when I load a new file.
I've created a keyboard shortcut to make resetting my workspace a little easier to reload but this is really cutting down my prepress speed :/ Noticed in my wanderings here, this was an issue last year, too.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sherry Baker commentedI just started having this exact problem using InDesign CC 13.1
I placed a PDF image into a press layout template. I selected media size and it places an image with no crops. The crops show up in the PDF. The PDF has properly assigned page boxes. I can drag and drop the PDF into InDesign and it will have the crops... but not when I use import (which I must to use in order to get the positioning correct in my press template.)
Restarting InDesign didn't help. Neither did resaving the PDFs after an Acrobat DC update.
Would appreciate an update... Thanks!
