Being able to name and call upon pre-defined GREP expressions would be a massive improvement, as well as making it easier for second or third parties to understand what GREP functions in Paragraph styles were doing.

There should be a free web version of InCopy with basic editing function so that article writers can amend and comment upon their own copy. It wouldn't need to do much more than just that in the free version. I'd use it with all my clients then. At the moment we use Word.
