"Balance Ragged Lines" does nothing
When activating it on the Paragraph panel or in the Paragraph styles, there's no change in the paragraph at all.
I'm using MacOS 10.15.4 (19E287), and the latest version of InDesign 15.0.2.

When Composer (in Paragraph panel flyout menu) is set to Adobe Paragraph Composer, “Balance Ragged Lines” works correctly. It won’t work with Adobe Single-Line Composer.

I'm having the same problem! I'm familiar with this tool and use it all the time, however it's suddenly not working.
