anchor
1) Version of Adobe InDesign: CC 2018 (latest release)
2) Steps to reproduce the issues:
i) Create a text box with type tool. Enter text.
ii) Create a text field with "buttons and forms" or insert a picture.
iii) Anchor text field (or picture) to the end of the text in the text box.
iv) Drag text box into Articles panel.
v) Ensure "Include Article" is selected.
vi) Select "use for reading order in tagged PDF" in Articles panel menu.
vii) Export to PDF (save as interactive is using the text field).
3) Expected result:
Text field (or picture) will be tagged (probably within the P tag)
4) Actual result:
Text field (or picture) is not tagged.
The text field (or picture) only tags if they are not anchored and are placed individually in the articles panel.
When exporting to tagged PDF without use of the Articles panel, the anchored picture will tag, but the anchored text field will not tag. The text field will only tag if it is not anchored.
Fix is available in version 13.1 of InDesign.
Please update to the latest version available to you via Creative Cloud Desktop application.
Thanks,
Adobe InDesign team

Hello,
Thank you for working on this fix, but it still does not work. Any anchored form object (e.g., text field, check box) still is not being tagged. When I export an Id file to a PDF, unanchored form objects are tagged, but anchored form objects are still not tagged. My Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is up to date.

InDesign CC 2018. Creating accessible pdf files. You are supposed to anchor images in the text flow, and they appear in the appropriate places in the accessible pdf. In InDesign CC 2018 the exported pdf does not contain the images that are anchored in the text.
I tried the same file from InDesign CC 2017 and the images were there.
This is a bug which needs to be fixed. -

When you create a form object from a rectangle and try to anchor it to the text flow as in previous versions of InDesign, upon Interactive export for accessibility no form tag is created for the rectangle. as was the case in all earlier versions of InDesign See the attached pdf showing the output from CC2017 and CC2018.
I have many large clients wondering what is going on.David Burnham, ACI, ACE, CTT
Adobe Authorized Training PartnerPlease respond so I can assure the clients this is being looked at- They use InDesign to create 1000's of Accessible fillable PDF forms and I don't want them to have go back to 2017 and not get the new Accessibility features in 2018.

Works great. YAY!
Do you know when this build will be incorporated into PROD? And until then, may I continue using this test build when I need to export?
