  1. pasteboard

    what have you done to the pasteboard??
    why do I have to jump through hoops to see objects off my pages? I routinely put things there I might need and now I have to rework my layouts too see the pasteboard.

    IF I DON'T WANT TO SEE THE PASTEBOARD, I HAVE PRESENTATION VIEW.

    stop with the needless changes and do some real improvements,ents, like allowing me to select various points (from different strokes) and align them without moving all the strokes.

  3. When moving object or multiple objects with arrow keys odd results, sometimes scale, sometimes alignment, sometimes jumps pages

    Mac OS - Updated version of InDesign CC

    Too many to list but here are a few.

    Nudge object with arrow keys, the height but not the width changes
    Nudge multiple objects, one changes alignment
    Click and drag to select object, jumps pages down in the doc
    Moving object with mouse, jumps around the page
    Placing image by drag and drop screen jumps around
    Selecting Text , jumps around screen

    I have videos of all these but they are too large to post apparently.

    These are a small list of issues, i get crazy things constantly, this is the buggiest…

  4. pasteboard

    Nearly every Indesign document I open now the pasteboard jumps about in size as soon as you do anything on the page. It's really distracting and interferes with my workflow.

  6. Can't move multiple objects after 14.0.1 of Indesign. And it's sloooowww!

    Trying to move multiple objects, mostly boxes of type. One or several items does not move although selected. Upon undo and trying to move again, other objects doesn't move. And it has gotten so slow but that might be after Mojave 10.14.3 and not Adobe :)

  7. Edges of images not showing

    Edges of images (usually around a few mm) are randomly not showing in various documents, I have to nudge the image to make it appear - switching between display performance modes sometimes makes it display correctly, sometimes not. This has only been the case since the 2019 update.

  9. indesign cc distribute spacing shortcuts doesn't work

    indesign CS4 〜 CC2019
    MAC OS

    Distribute spacing shortcuts doesn't work.

    The specified interval is ignored and it is arranged at 0 mm.

    There is no problem pressing the button of the panel.

    It is only when using shortcuts.

  10. Page Margins Bug

    I am having a bug/issue with margins. In the page setup and the properties dialogues the measurements are showing as the defaults, but clearly they have been changed as noted in the attached file. This file was created in an earlier version of INDD.

    The Document Setup shows the Margins of the document when it was created or margins that will be assigned to any new pages you add to the document. However, you can override margins of individual pages by using the Margins and Columns dialog. And this is what has been done for the Page – the Top and Outside margins have been set to 25mm and 45mm respectively (changed from their default setting of 12.7mm).

  12. non-functional „Ungroup Remembers Layers“ on duplicated page

    ungroup on duplicated page move all object to one layer (ungroup remembers layers works only on „original“ page or with „copy/paste“)

  14. formatting linked pictres lost by updating picture

    When i update linked pictures (where i used bevore a special formatting for example size in frame) then i loose this formatting by refreshing the picture in the link-tool. i testet all the preferenzes but every time it resets the size.

    When defining paragraph style with space before, the result is space after.

    Used independant paragraph style.

    Jag skulle vilja att ni i Indesign skapade möjligheter att spara olika inställningar i en lista, på olika skuggor jag gör för bildramar och bokstavs skuggor. Nu finns inget sådant! ....Torgny

  17. Import incorrect frame size

    When importing images into indesign I am experiencing a random bug on several different documents - when importing the image normally fits to the frame but in this bug it creates a random sized frame that is bigger than the image which stops me placing things the size I want them.

  18. Margins – Irrelevant error message

    CC2019 14.0.1 MacOS
    If I have a custom size page in the document (with it's own custom margins), that is smaller than the documents default margins – I get an error message every time I make InD active.

    To repoduce:
    -Make new document – A4 with 20 mm margins
    -Add one page
    -Change margins on new page to 0 mm
    -Change with of new page to 10 mm width
    -Hide InDesign
    -Reactivate InDesign – Error message shown
