This is an Illustrator 2026 (30.0.0) bug, and the cause is Illustrator’s new “Quick Save” feature. The workaround for this bug is to disable “Quick Save.” To do this, disable “Save in Background” in Preferences. This will likely be fixed in the next Illustrator update.

This is a bug on the Illustrator side. It's a bug where Acrobat layers in the PDF compatibility of AI files multiply/proliferate.

The fix of the issue is now available in the latest InDesign 2026(v21.0.1.006). We recommend you upgrade to the latest version for the fix.
If you are unable to see the update, go to the Creative Cloud application, click on the context menu on the top right, and click on Check for App Updates.

This bug was fixed in 21.0.1 & 21.0.2. I have confirmed the fix myself.
I just verified again in the current latest version, 21.2.0, and it is indeed fixed.
The issue you are reporting may be a different bug.monokano

ネットワーク切断が必要なのは、InDesignを起動する時だけです。
InDesignの起動が完了したらネットワークを接続しても大丈夫です。
InDesignだけでなく他のAdobeアプリも同様です。なお、現在「Mac版＋日本のみ」で発生している不具合は、InDesign固有のバグではありません。
サーバ障害が原因であり、他のAdobeアプリでも発生しています。 -

Disabling "Highlight Object Under Selection Tool" may improve the issue.

Hi,
As confirmed by the user, the issue is due to the latest Photoshop update, and the workaround below would resolve the issue.
Workaround 1:
1. Uninstall Photoshop 26.5 (make sure to remove preferences).
2. Reinstall Photoshop 26.5. This will install the correct “photoshop_v2025.jsx”.
Workaround 2:
1. Open jsx, which is available at "/Library/application support/Adobe/Startup Scripts CC/Adobe Photoshop/" mentioned in the alert in the Text Editor
2. Add } in the last line

The Toolbox is easier to access at the top, so placing frequently used tools there helps improve workflow efficiency.
However, in the current layout, less frequently used tools such as the Page Tool, Gap Tool, and Content Collector Tool are positioned at the top, making it harder to access commonly used tools. Moving these tools to the bottom of the Toolbox would create a more efficient workflow.
Adding a customization feature that lets users freely rearrange the Toolbox would enable them to create an optimized workspace tailored to their work style.----
ツールパネルは、上部にあるほどアクセスしやすいので、使用頻度の高いツールが上部に配置されている方が作業効率の向上につながります。
しかし、現状ではページツール、間隔ツール、コンテンツ収集ツールといった、使用頻度の低いツールが上部に配置されており、頻繁に使用するツールへのアクセスが妨げられています。これらのツールをツールパネルの最下部に移動することで、より快適な操作が可能になるでしょう。
ツールパネルにカスタマイズ機能を追加し、ユーザーが自由に並び替えられるようにすることで、それぞれの作業スタイルに合わせた最適な環境を実現できるでしょう。monokano

This is NOT an InDesign bug. It is a bug in Illustrator's background features.
Illustrator's background features should always be disabled.
