An error occurred while saving the comment Israel Barros commentedWow, this is incredible! Thank you, @Dave Schneider
I can't believe that we found a kind of solution in another forum and for me in is simple amazing how adobe was unable to provide a patch for this!
Now we should do is work without rules!Down the rules!!
An error occurred while saving the comment Israel Barros commentedThe newest update (14.1) didn't solve this issue. It seems that Apple didn't listen to Adobe.
I'll work all weekend long to downgrade all computers on the studio to fix the problem myself.
Honestly, I think Apple have nothing to do with it. Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects have the GPU feature enable. An error occurred while saving the comment Israel Barros commentedSo if I understand correctly, I have to wait for the goodwill of Apple/Adobe or I buy a new 4K monitor for each computer in the studio, which has worked very well until last month.
An error occurred while saving the comment Israel Barros commentedThis morning I got another InDesign update, but this issue persists. We need to move forward!! Otherwise, I turned auto-update off in all others macs in my agency until this very upset problem will be fixed.
Please, fix it as soon as possible.
Thank you,
An error occurred while saving the comment Israel Barros commentedHi Ravi,
For me, this doesn't work. My GPU preference panel is grayed, as you can check it in the image attached.
Otherwise, in all others Adobe app like photoshop or illustrator, the GPU option is enabled.
An error occurred while saving the comment Israel Barros commentedAlmost impossible to work with. I'm struggling with InDesign. Can I do something to speed up a solution? Do you need some additional information?

Hello All,
Thank you for your patience all this while.
This issue is now fixed in the latest update (Id 14.0.1) of InDesign CC.
If you are unable to see the update notification yet, open the menu (three dots) from the top-right of Creative Cloud desktop application and click on ‘Check For App Updates’.Once the update button is shown against InDesign CC, click on the button to update your InDesign to Id 14.0.1 for the fix of the issue.
Do let us know in the comments, if you face any problem with the new update.List of fixed issues can be found at: helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/fixed-issues.html

An error occurred while saving the comment Israel Barros commentedHi everyone,
I'm experimenting some issue with data merge.
When I try to import a CSV file using Unicode UTF-8 (I'm using Apple Number to do that) inDesign simply ignored encodage and brought many undesirable characters to my import.
I tried to fix that enabling option when importing CSV file, but if I change from ASCII to Unicode nothing happens.Israel Barros supported this idea · -

This is not resolved! It's hard to believe that this bug only comes from Apple. Why Photoshop and Illustrator work correctly? I also had financial problems because of this. Perhaps a lawyer in the US could launch a class action against Adobe?
In Europe, I gather information to launch prosecutions.
