After an update of InDesign today all pins and strikethroughs were lost in the shared file and also all links were not accessible any longer to people I have shared the files with. I hope this will be resolved soon. It has taken a lot of work to put them there and now we have to do this all again...
Comments are still there, but no pins and other "signs" in the document and dissapeared also in InDesign.

Having same issue as Dallas. Shared with someone for review and they have all of their tools online but when I open in InDesign, I can only 'Resolve' or 'Delete' their comments, not 'Accept' changes. And their edits do not seem to be mapped. When the reviewer took a screenshot, it showed the edits within the document on the online version on her end. But when I view online and within InDesign, the edits do not show up for me, only as comments.

Hey I just raised an issue I found with InDesign on twtitter about the Share link for review!
It isn't the Unmapped comments I had this in the past but it was fixed Swiftly!!This issues seem to be If you delete a spread or page the pins seem to become out of sync.
I am sharing a loom recording of the this issue to see if it can be fixed :) -

Just tested with a document I was having problem and now it is working. This feature is going to be a big time saver. Can't wait to see how it evolves. ;-)

This feature was working for me ~2 weeks ago but is no longer.
What happened? When can we expect a fix?

So if the pins don't show up it just doesn't work. We really need this to work especially with COVID.

Chad Krulicki commented
This feature is practically useless if the pins and shapes don't shop up in browser. Especially reviewing with my team remotely during covid times.

When is this going to be fixed????. I changed the workflow with my stakeholders, now I have to tell them we must revert back because of this issue. :(

I used the Share for Review option for a document I'm working on: the file is public and pw protected.
Several people told me that the comments they add are not mapped even though they specifically use the "Place a pin" option. The comments I receive show as "Unmapped comments". I tried it myself with the same results.
I'm working on a 200+ pages document and really need this fixed.

Same in my case too, some "unmapped comments". Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
Unfortunately you can't offer this tool to my customers. and me neither...
When it works, it´s very cool. But if not, the additional work is horrible. -

I am experiencing the same issue, too. Wired: Till page 69 everything works well, since page 70 all comments are unmapped. I am working on a doc with around 100 pages, many bigger pictures. Tried to fix the problem by deleting items step by step from page 70/71. no success. When I copy these items (p 70/71) in a totally new doc, everything is running well in this small document. Deleting pages 1-63 in original document (chapter ends on p 63), ALL pages run into this issue again.

Same issue here, using a Chromium-based browser (Min).
— Was previously working as expected, then ran into this issue when InD crashed (https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601180-adobe-indesign-bugs/suggestions/40698859-share-for-review-white-black-screen-only).
— Performed steps outlined in the linked post, but did not work for the file that was open when InDesign crashed (and assumed I had done it wrong).
— Duplicated and renamed the file (for a different reason), and I was suddenly able to create a Review link again. This is when I ran into the above issue. -

same issue here using chrome browser, this renders online reviews useless.
