page range for publishment in 'share for review' is set by last print/export job
When sharing for review, the published document can be limited to a certain page range, because it takes that setting from the last print/export job. The only workaround is to first reset that range in the print/export window. Then publish for review to see all of the pages.
Being able to select what pages to share (or not) would be a nice feature in the 'share for review' interface. This way, I would not have to make versions, separating artwork ready for review, and artwork that is not.
The fix is now available in the latest InDesign update, 15.1.1
Please update to the latest version to get the fix.

I am still not finding an option to select a page range for when I using "Share for Review." I am up-to-date with all of the updates and this is several months after @Ravi said that this issue was fixed. If the problem is fixed can someone please direct me to where I can select a specific page range for "Share for Review"? If not, this is a highly critical feature to include ASAP.

I'm sorry to tell yout that the problem still exists. There is no possibility to select a single page or a range of pages for the 'share for review'. It would be a great tool, but at the moment you could not use it, because you can only share the complete document. Before the last update it was at least possible to select the pages by using the export feature. The 'share for review' took the page range from the export settings. But his doesn't work anymore. Would be great, if you can fix this.

InDesign 15.1.1 I am suddenly having problems with documents exporting to pdf, even low res pdfs. The process just spins and spins. Smaller single pages export but they take inordinate amount of time. I have rebooted but that didn't help.
