[Error: "You do not have access to Publish Online Service"]Previously published documents via Publish Online no longer work.
I have been working with publish online services and have spent the past few days publishing some document and everything works.
Suddenly today, I began receiving this error when trying to publish online "You cannot use this feature right now. Please check your network connectivity."
Additionally, when I try to access the publish online dashboard I see this error: "You do not have access to Publish Online service."
The issue has been Fixed.

Hi! I want to publish a document online and when I want to click Publish Online a message appears "You cannot use this feature right now. Please check your network connectivity". My connection works just fine.
How can I solve this? -

I have had problems uploading a document online - lots of images going missing and now it will not upload at all saying { "message" : "Not Found" } I have no idea why this is happening and need to see my images online.
I've tried various text documents etc with no luck what so ever.

Neither my Publish Online dashboard nor any of my documents are loading in a browser anymore. I just get an error "This site cannot be reached". This has been the case for the last few days, haven't been able to view any documents. In fact, I can't seem to view anyone's Publish Online links anymore...just loads for a while then the error message

I had been using it successfully all day, now it just says "document not found." Or it will partially load but certain frames will have a broken icon. Then as I click through it will suddenly stop working again and say "page not found."
HELP PLEASE!! I am working on a deadline

My initial post is now a week old and - at this time - there is no response from Adobe. Surely it is self-evident that the feature that publishes an artworked/designed document online is a vital support to businesses. Especially during a pandemic that requires optimal social distancing. So where is the urgency from Adobe in managing customer concerns. What is the service we are paying for in our subscriptions? I find this long silence deeply disappointing when - in all likelihood - all that is needed is an admission that there was a server failure at Adobe's end of the line. Come on, Adobe. Wakey wakey. You can do better than this.

I'm having the same problem too.
"Document not found"
We use this as an online catalog resource and now none of books are working via the link but the pages work correctly in preview.
Is there a problem @Adobe??? -

I've been making interactive documents to be shared via the Publish Online function. Suddenly I'm getting the message: 'You do not have access to Publish Online service.' What's going on? I need to be able to share my work.

Hello!
I've been using Publish Online to make presentations for clients, and today I got a weird problem:
Every time I try to publish, it says to check my connection (which is fine).
And when I try to go to Publish Online Dashboard, it says that I don't have access to it, which I should have as I'm paying for Adobe.Does anyone knows how to fix this? I've seen the problem here on the blog, but I never saw the "How to solve it".
Thank you

Everything worked fine until 17.00 Moscow time. Antivirus is disabled, the Internet is working.
