I am currently running InDesign 2021.
One of my employer's key service documents is currently unavailable (404 error) through Publish Online. When I try to access the dashboard for Publish Online I get a message that reads:
"You do not have access to Publish Online service".
Pretty bad. Why is this?

My initial post is now a week old and - at this time - there is no response from Adobe. Surely it is self-evident that the feature that publishes an artworked/designed document online is a vital support to businesses. Especially during a pandemic that requires optimal social distancing. So where is the urgency from Adobe in managing customer concerns. What is the service we are paying for in our subscriptions? I find this long silence deeply disappointing when - in all likelihood - all that is needed is an admission that there was a server failure at Adobe's end of the line. Come on, Adobe. Wakey wakey. You can do better than this.
