Not compatible with Win10 1809?
On Windows 10 v1809 trying to start Indesign v14.0.1 - crashes "dll is either not designed to run on windows 10 or it contains an error .... Error 0x000008b ... please contact vendor"
Fix for this issue is available in InDesign 14.0.2
Please update to this version of InDesign for resolution of this issue.

Good news, I have just installed the February 2019 Windows updates and the problem has now gone away.

Running PC Health Advisor (the target of the fixit link above) did not fix the problem with the Adobe DLL being "not designed to run on Windows 10". I have tried clean builds, reinstalls, different versions of C++, different versions of .net, upgraded display drivers but, so far, no luck.
Perhaps Adobe InDesign really is incompatible with the current version of Windows 10? -
