long live adobe...
we get a bunch of pointless updates that move stuff around unexpectedly all the time.but if we want an update to your expensive software to make it actually work again? "we're working with apple on this issue". complete crap.
sometimes I wonder what my €600 per year (!) are actually for.

Anne-Marie Concepcion .... do you have any guess on when that update might roll out to non-beta users? Thanks!!

I'll just add my voice. Can't believe between Adobe and Apple there is no solution yet!

I've heard from Mac 10.13 public beta users that 10.13.1 (released as public beta yesterday) fixes the bug. https://www.macrumors.com/2017/09/28/apple-macos-high-sierra-10-13-1-public-beta/

I wish I'd known about this before my OS updated. I'm having to guess the cursor's actual positioning, which has made design work a nightmare. This goes beyond an annoyance; the program is practically unusable until I restart, and then it happens again. If you haven't already, please email CC subscribers letting them know not to update to High Sierra if they rely on InDesign for work.

I suggest you give us users a work around or patch immediately as waiting for Apple on an update is not going to cut it.

It looks like this was possibly a known issue upon the release of High Sierra. It would have been nice if either an email had been sent to all Adobe customers to NOT upgrade if they use InDesign &/or a warning had been put on the High Sierra download page. Maybe this can be done to save the users who have not already upgraded.
