extend publish online to live outside Adobe servers
would be great if publish feature allowed the same presentation to be hosted on another site (Company X,Y,Z internal network) but keep all formatting the way it is

Publish Online
Option for making navigation button NOT ANIMATED, maybe even larger. I recently had a huge project rejected because client did not know how to navigate and assumed others would have the same problem. (URL to project was embedded in button in email campaign--works great!)

Publish online Magazine
Publish online needs to be able to tell the difference between spreads and single pages. I publish a magazine using publish online and with the page numbers at the bottom, it looks like it is half as thick as it is. or have an option to take the page numbers off since they are in the magazine and I don't need them on the web page.
It would also be cool if when animating the magazine in InDesign there was a page flip, though I do like the way I do it now because it's different, it would be cool…

Publish Online should include a print option + spreads with Two-Up Continuous (Cover Page)
Published Online files should include a print option that sizes a page to a printable option. Currently if I upload our publication (a coupon book) to Publish Online and we try to print the page shown on the screen it crops most of the page regardless of the browser used. You can shrink your window and sort of get the desired result, but we don't think most of our readers will know how to do this. Also it would be nice to be able to select a page range of what to print. I know you can include a pdf…

Allow SharePoint Online functionality
Provide the same functionality as in Adobe DC Pro to add a SharePoint Site to InDesign open and edit documents directly online without having to download and not to use OneDrive.

Online InDesign document for client text edits — like InCopy but online without the need for technical know-how or files to move around
I wish there was a way to post InDesign files online that would easily allow proofreaders, editors, clients or anyone without a lot of technical know-how to log in and make text edits. Freeing up designers from spending countless hours making text edits.
We tried InCopy, but we store files on a shared server and move files up and down through a project management tool. Being able to properly move the InDesign and linked icml files was way too confusing for our writers and proofreaders and out of the question for clients.
When we work on PPT presentations, we post…

Give Indesign Online Flipbook features
I would love to use PublishOnline instead of paying for Issuu separately, but the flipbook functionality is abrasive (not smooth page turning). If it could have a better page-turning feature (ideally options for how the transitions happen) I would be willing to look past the loss of other features.

MSO Hidden Default State
Currently, to revert back to an MSO not being visible after one or more of the states have been active, you have to create atop-level "blank" state that contains an empty frame of some sort, and show that state.
This seems like a workaround that should be built-in. Maybe a few new choices can be added to the "Show/Hide" options in a button's choices:
- Reset "X" MSO to invisible state
- Rest all MSO's to invisible state
...or something similar.
Thanks!!

Enable surveys to be embedded in Publish Online documents.
It would be great, since many people use PublishOnline to generate newsletters and other similar types of documents that are sent to a large audience, to be able to input simple responsive forms (essentially surveys) of 1-5 questions that send answers back to a programmed space either within PublishOnline's dashboard or to a designated space. Or, allow us to embed suveymonkey javascript survey code somewhere so we can track it that way. I was recently asked if I could add a one question pulse survey to my newsletter I create with PublishOnline and can't find an easy solution without just…

Show description text when choosing existing document to update.
The Publish Online feature has been really useful for my company--we create brochures for specific clients or potential clients, and provide them access to the electronic version of the brochure.
Most of our brochures are based on a single template, but are altered slightly to meet the needs of the specific client. We always enter a fairly generic document title in the Document Settings fields of the Publish Your Document Online window, because that title is shown at the bottom of the page when the document is accessed by the end user.
We then use the "Description" window to capture…

To Adobe
First thank you for all the excellent programs. The latest feature that has excited me is "Publish Online" in In Design. Here, everyone - especially Apple's unreasonable blockages - is removed.
Especially the blocking of iFrame that is the prerequisite for opening youtube. However, a very crucial feature is missing in InDesign / Publish Online. You can not use a membership function (as far as I know), such as Paid Memberships Pro in WordPress, and it is crucial that, for example, as a producer of educational materials, I can get a necessary earnings.

Allow spread view documents published online to be downloaded as single page view pdf's.
An InDesign document in a spread, 2-page view format that is published online turns into the same spread, 2-page view when it's downloaded as a pdf. It would be nice to add a control in the online version to allow the view to select one or two-page formats in the pdf that they downlaod.

Note field with published files
In our company we create several versions of our brochures made in InDesign, based on the type of client and job. The title for the various versions needs to be identical (Design Brief from XXX) so it's time consuming to identify the correct file for a specific client. If we were able to add notes for ourselves for each file that would be helpful. Ideally these notes would be visible for us on the Publish Online Dashboard, visible right there with each of the titles of the published files.

Please make it possible that whenever you create a QR code it automatically makes it into a hyperlink as well.
This could be done by maybe ticking off a box when creating a QR code to optionally create a hyperlink. I know QR codes are prodominently made to scan with a phone but if you wish to publish the same publication online it would be nice if you could also click on the qr code, making it easier for the reader. It would make it easier because now I have to make a QR code while also applying the same hyperlink on it thus taking me more time and increasing the possibility of an error.

Enable link transfer of Publish Online projects
It would be useful to be able to transfer a project with Publish Online link to another user, so that they can update and publish revised versions of the asset without having to create new links.

Publish Online Download Counter
Please add a download counter for how many times your published document is downloaded to the Publications Analytics. This would be so useful as part of counting metrics of user engagement!
