An error occurred while saving the comment Richard Walker commentedI was so excited to try the new 'Share for review' feature. Couldn't believe the text editing features weren't there. This feature holds so much promise.
Just to be 100% clear - it needs the FULL set of tools from Acrobat:
- Highlight Text
- Underline Text
- Strikethrough Text
- Add Note to Replace Text
- Insert Text at CursorThe Acrobat 'Share' tools (web interface) (Add Sticky Note; Highlight; Underline; Strikethrough) just aren't enough!
Thanks

Making forms in InDesign for the last couple of years has been great but it really needs an overhaul. I create forms with hundreds of fields (eg. Enrolment forms for a College). My biggest frustrations are:
1. The default Font for text fields.
I don't like the default font for text fields so I have to change this manually for every single field!!! Could we have an Object Style for this?2. Tab order
My forms are always changing. Try adding a new text field (when you have hundreds of fields) and change it's Tab order - it is a nightmare!3. Comb Field
Can't work out how to do this in InDesign - have to remember to redo this in Acrobat every time I amend the form. Thanks

Thank you all for the votes.
Can you help us understand the key problems that you face in the absence of ability to send an anchored image backwards?
What’s the current workaround that you have to follow?
What are the use cases wherein you need that the text appears specifically on top of inline anchored image?
This information will help us evaluate the functionality better.

An error occurred while saving the comment Richard Walker commentedThis really has to be my Number 1 most frustrating issue with Indesign. Apple's QuickLook is so powerful. I have been using https://www.code-line.com/artview/ for years (makes Quicklook work for Indesign and Illustrator files). Every year when new macOS comes out I send my usual email to code-line to make sure artview works before I update. It is that important to me. One year I didn't check and it wasn't compatible.. Boy, do I regret that 4 months until the update came out.
I can not express how deeply I hated using Bridge for that 4 months just so I could get a preview of the documents.
I have over 11,000 indesign files so using Apple's Spotlight search with thumbnail previews and Quicklook (thanks to ArtView) is a god send.
Please, please, please enable Thumbnails/Quicklook on macOS.

The fix for this issue is now available in the latest update of InDesign – that is, InDesign 15.0.2.
Please update your InDesign application to get this fix.

Any reason why I can't change the colour of only the selected items on a page? This would be really helpful to me!
