    Hello All,
    Thank you for reporting the issue to us.
    We have fixed the issue in the latest version of InDesign, Id 15.0

    Please upgrade your InDesign application to the latest version to try out the fix.

    If you face any problems with the new update, do let us know in the comments.

    It kind of makes sense to prevent shortcut overlays. But would be nice to add at least the FN1 - FN12 keys as option as many do not have an num block.

    Yeah that would be nice, just was about to suggest the same.
    Search by assigned shortcut would be amazing as well.

    I guess the simple answer is package the file before transferring them. But actually Indesign got pretty clever with auto-relinking stuff as well, so if you got the links in a similar file structure it does usually relink them correctly.
