    Very well done. I was about to add this as a feature request.
    We do slide presentations and on the first slide we put question #1, then on the next slide we repeat question #1 and add the answer. So, there are 2 questions labelled #1 (right now we have to use "Start at 1"; if we had "Same as Previous", when the question numbers change, all of the subsequent numbers would change too.
