Hi Todd,
Could you share more details about the PDF Preset? What were the Color Output settings that are no longer getting applied in 21.0.2, can you show us some screengrabs?
If possible, share the .joboptions file.

An error occurred while saving the comment For me, data merge worked correctly only with UTF-16 encoded CSV. In all versions. East Europe character sets never worked.

We have released InDesign 2025(v20.2.0.036) with many stability fixes. We recommend you upgrade to the latest version (if you’re not already on it) as it is more robust.
If you still face this issue even after updating, please submit the crash report to us. (Guidelines to submit crash are available at (https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/submit-crash-reports.html )
Also, please send the following information to santalwa@adobe.com :
- Reproducible Steps – What were you doing when InDesign crashed?
- Video recording of the crash
- Is(Are) the issue related to a specific document(s)/asset(s)? If yes, could you provide us with the document(s)/asset(s)? Please package the entire document (To package the document, choose File → Package…)

An error occurred while saving the comment I dont see a problem with your bleed marks. They point to the edges of bleed. But, turn off bleed marks, for they are of no use. Zero. Turn on CROP marks, and SET THE SAME VALUE for Bleed and Offset (offset parameter is for CROP marks, not for useless bleed marks). Keep your bleed clean of any marks. I have no idea why it is such a widespread bad habit to insert printing marks into the bleed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Your GPU is recognized. But you need at least QHD monitor connected to your mac to activate this feature. In system requirements they ask for retina or so, but it works with QHD too.

An error occurred while saving the comment It work OK on my Mac mini M2 pro, Ventura 13.4. Be sure you are in Normal Screen mode and not in Preview (Presentation). Your screenshot look like you are in Preview mode.

This problem recurs with every major InDesign update. I have reported on this here several times in recent years. I have Fogra 39 profile for cmyk in Color settings. But when create new document, not fogra is used, but US web coated.... Hmm, so i manually set fogra 39 for my new document. But still, on export, US web coated is used as destination profile.
