[ID-4270655] Align to Bleed issue
The Align to Bleed function works incorrectly for certain bleed situations.
If a facing-page document has an Inside bleed smaller than the other sides, (e.g Top: 1p6, Bottom: 1p6, Inside 0p, Outside 1p6) the Align to Bleed will left-align objects to this smaller bleed instead of the correct outer dimension. This does not seem to affect right-aligning.

This issue is fixed in the latest InDesign Release 21.1
Please update your version of InDesign (via the CCD app) to this latest release whenever it becomes available in your locale.
