If you’re still experiencing this issue, we would like to let you know that this issue may have to do with how the Creative Cloud desktop app is running on your machine & some Adobe background processes.
Please follow these steps:
Quit InDesign.
Sign out from the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Launch Activity Monitor.
Quit the following Adobe background processes:
Adobe Desktop Service
AdobeIPCBroker
Core Sync
Creative Cloud Helper
- Rename the Core Sync folder from “~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync” (on Windows, it is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Sync\CoreSync)
- Relaunch Creative Cloud desktop app and sign-in to your Adobe account.
- Launch InDesign.
