[Error: "You do not have access to Publish Online Service"]Previously published documents via Publish Online no longer work.
I have been working with publish online services and have spent the past few days publishing some document and everything works.
Suddenly today, I began receiving this error when trying to publish online "You cannot use this feature right now. Please check your network connectivity."
Additionally, when I try to access the publish online dashboard I see this error: "You do not have access to Publish Online service."
The issue has been Fixed.

Having the same issue with a file that I published on Friday and sent links out to my organization's mail list. Now it's saying the page cannot be found and "You do not have access to Publish Online services" when I try to get into the dashboard. I sent a message via chat to Adobe and no response yet.
Update 1:02 PM PST - Issue appears to be fixed for me. Document is back, as is my Publishing dashboard

Same too -- we have a lot of clients using these presentation decks via Publish Online service and they're all down now. Need immediate fix if possible. My screenshots look identical to those already posted.

I have previously published online with no issues.
Now I get:
"You cannot use this feature right now. Please check your network connectivity"
I definitely have connectivity!

Have had this service for a while now. Cant publish online and all links to my files say they dont exist.

I have used Publish Online many times in the past. I am trying to locate an older document that I published two years ago. When I click on the previous link, I receive a 404 message.
So, I attempted to publish it again directly from InDesign, but the function sent an error unable to complete the message.
So, I tried to access the publish dashboard, and then I received a "You Do Not have access to Publish Online service."

The same issue is happening with me and I have the 15.0.3 version. We have all of our newsletters on our website and none of the links are working for those documents. Get that same message when I click Publish Online in the InDesign program.

Version 13 - very repeatedly happening for the first time today. A previously published link to a document no longer works -- when I click I get a 404 User error saying that the document does not exist. And when I go to "Publish Online" within InDesign I get an error saying that I "cannot use this feature at this time. Check your network connectivity." Repeats even when I shut down and come back into the document.

I started seeing this same behavior today as well. Every time I try to publish a document to the Publish Online service, I get the same "You cannot use this feature right now. Please check your network connectivity." message.
Tried restarting my machine, and confirmed that, yes, I DO have full connectivity. Nothing changes this behavior, and it's completely repeatable.
I cannot currently publish anything to the Publish Online service because I can't get past this "error" message.
EDIT: 5/20 @13:51 PST - Problem seems to have cleared. Server glitch?

I have been working with publish online services for a few months now and have spent the past few days re-publishing the same document trying work out some kinks in the button operations and animation timing.
Suddenly today, I began receiving this error when trying to publish online "You cannot use this feature right now. Please check your network connectivity."
Additionally, when I try to access the publish online dashboard I see this error: "You do not have access to Publish Online service."
I am currently running version 15.0.
Has anyone had this happen before and know what to do? I tried restarting InDeisgn and connecting to a different wifi network.
