Bounding box is always on the outside of the stroke
Ever since I updated to the latest InDesign (InDesign 15.0.1), the bounding box is always on the outside of the stroke so instead of objects snapping to the box they are snapping to the outside of the stroke.
In InDesign, the bounding box has always been on the outside of the stroke. It has not been changed at all. In which version of InDesign were you seeing this behaving differently than the current version?

I'm not sure which version it was in, Indesign 2018 or 2019. But i'm positive that if I created a box with a stroke the bounding box wasn't around the stroke because I never had to work around an object snapping to the outside of the stroke instead of to the box.
I wasn't sure if it was some kind of setting that was turned off when I updated to the latest version?
