Reveal in Finder on NAS Server not working
When using InDesign 14.0.3, on mac OS X Catalina (10.15.1), ctrl clicking the .indd file's title bar to reveal in finder doesn't work (switches to finder but doesn't reveal) if the .indd file is stored on NAS RAID server. Server connection is afp://
Revel in Finder command works fine if the .indd file is stored locally.
Thanks for reporting. We will review it

I use Mac osx with a Mac server. It seems that the problem was solved in version 2022, but only by connecting with SMB protocol. It's very annoying because AFP is much stable.

Still not fixed in 2022!
Adode InDesign does not get external volumes permission in the MacOs Security Preferences Panel, so the "reveal in finder" does not work on external volumes.
Very painful. -

Confirmed on two of our machines here, doesn't work with any external volume. It's related to Catalina permissions, the Photoshop and Illustrator team got the Catalina privacy memo from apple, but InDesign team did not. Check your permissions in System Preferences. I do not have InDesign asking for access to any External Volumes or anything else, but I think my designer does (though it doesn't work on this machine either).

I also have the same issue. I can add that in Mojave as the same ad user, it works.
I wonder, if it has something to do with the new security settings in Catalina under "Files and Folders". I have Desktop and Network Volumes checked. I am running 10.15.3 on a an imacpro. -

If I click on the right button on the file name (SHOW ON THE FINDER) the folder containing the File is not opened.
