Object does not stay in center of document after resizing document format
Hello, I found some weird issues in Indesign CC 13.1 on Mac OS El Capitan.
When I place an object centerd in the middle of a document (for example
500 x 500 px) and I resize the document size to for example 700 x 700 px (something larger than 500 x 500), the Object won't stay in the middle, but moves to the right or left border - even I set the reference point within the transform-window to "middle" and also disable "double page".
Why does the object not stay centered at the document format?
I attached a PDF-File where I tried to explain better, what I mean.
Greetings,
Lasse
Have you tried enabling the “Layout Adjustment” feature and then carrying out change of Page size?
Thanks,

And BTW, Ravi....this doesn't resolve anything. Using the 'layout adjustment' feature simply scales all the content to 'fit' the new page size. It DOES NOT CENTER the placed content on the new page size.
This program is just slightly above 'useless' level.

This is just another glaring example of why Adobe is losing market share to Canva. This is a fairly simple, common task for people using this program in the print industry - yet Adobe has 'improved' the program and made an essential function virtually impossible to execute.
And for this, we get the honor of paying 40% more for this bad software in the coming year.
I despise this collection of programs and company.

Hello,
we found a kind of solution:
I chosed from the Edit-Menu "Liquid Layout", and checked the rule "Erneut zentrieren" (Re-Center) and disabled all other options.
It seems, that solved my problem.
Many greetings,
Lasse
