Replace quotes against googies that have worked previously.
Error when installing word file with footnotes. Changed endnotes to footnotes in the word file.

Hi, and thanks for your help, think the problem was in the word file. Has manually fixed the document this time. It has worked well in other cases. Thank you for your end-user comments.

Hi User,
We have tried to investigate your issue, during which we realize, that the problem is with the footnotes in word document, as if you try to add new footnote at the top of the doc, it will number it as 1 and will keep the numbering if 2 as 1 only.
Thus, we are looking for your help to understand how have you created the footnotes, this will help us narrow down the issue more.
