Data Marge support UTF-8 character set
I always have to convert UTF-8 text to UTF-16.

現状の（InDesign 16.0）の「データ結合」は、UTF-8に対応していないため人名によく使われる漢字に対応できず不便です。文字化けせず、スムーズなワークフローを実現させるため、UTF-8に対応させてください。
Current InDesign 16.0, Data Merge only accepts UTF-16 which doesn’t support many Kanji characters.
Please improve Data Merge for UTF-8.
