Interactive > Set Tab Order - greater sorting options
Allow the panel that opens when Interactive > Set Tab Order is invoked to be much larger so as to be able to sort interactive objects more easily. Allow them to be nested into groups to allow easier order sorting. Highlight actual object on page when selected in the order so as to easily identified when sorting large numbers.

Moving around the buttons while the "Tab order" window is open should be an essential. Its really hard to sort the tab order especially if we have 50+ buttons in the same document. The window is not even adjustable. Or the item can't be moved faster. This is really not helping. Option in the acrobat seems to be faster and easier. But we have to adjust the same this every time we do any changes in indesign document.

Working with forms all the time and the TAB order panel is way too small to be convenient to work with. Come on Adobe, how hard can it be to make this panel adjustable? The option to sort the elements by number/alphabetical would also be much appreciated.

PLEASE add this!! I have a form with hundreds of fields that are all over the place, and it is taking WAY longer than it should. If I could expand the panel, this could be done in minutes!

Yes, PLEASE! When you pull up the tab order, it's impossible to tell what is what without first going into the INTERACTIVE window and selecting BUTTON AND FORMS to see what the field is named. As soon as you make your change and click OK in the SET INTERACTIVE TABS window, the window closes and you have to start all over again by returning to the BUTTONS AND FORMS WINDOW, highlighting the field you want to reorder, checking the name of the field, reopening the SET INTERACTIVE TABS window, and making your change. Normally when you are changing your tab order, you will have more than one tab to change so this becomes an extremely tedious process. It would be SO much easier if you could see which field is which directly in the SET INTERACTIVE TABS window--so that if you click the field on the page, the corresponding tab highlights in the tabs window, and vice-versa. I see that this request was made four years ago. Can't believe this hasn't been remedied uet.
it's been 3 years!
Also could you make it that if we NAME a set of interactive objects numerically, can you put a button in the tab order box that we Auto-tab in that order?
I can't believe this little box is still so little. Please Adobe give us the option to make it larger!!!

PLEASE make this panel larger and/or resizable! It is so difficult to work within when you have numerous amount of fields to reorder.
Please make this window re-sizable. It would also be very helpful if the panel functioned like the Find/Change window where you could still click inside the document without having to close the Tab Order window.
And stop hiding it under the Object>Interactive menu. It's so hard to find!

That would make life so much easier. Especially when creating interactive forms.
Yes please to all of the above!
I agree about all of the above!
It is VERY difficult to work in the tab order panel especially when working with translated text.

Great idea. I'm currently editing an ID file that was created a year ago, and all of the form fields are scrambled. There are hundreds of them, and it's taking forever to straighten them out. Being able to expand the panel would be so helpful.

I agree! This panel is just way too small, and takes much longer to rearrange.
I also like the idea of highlighting the objects on the page when selected!
