Not able to select file option, jumps to "window" or "help"!
When I open a file in InDesign, if I select the "File" drop down menu, it immediately disappears and the "Windows" dropdown menu gets pulled down.
As a result, the FILE dropdown menu is completely USELESS.. Please fix this BUG immediately.

I am also having this problem. I've updated to the most current version of INDD (14.0). I'm using Windows 10 Pro. I have 3 1920x1080 displays. I have tried changing the scale of text, apps, etc. to 100% from the recommended 125% (as suggested on a similar thread) and this does not help.
After some experimenting, this appears to only be a problem on the 2 external displays. The cursor on the menu behaves properly on the "main" display.

I have this same problem. File, Edit and Layout all jump to Window or Help. It started since I installed the latest version [13.0.1 x 64]on a new Windows 10 computer. This only happens with the mouse. Alt-F will allow me to scroll down.

What is your operating system and screen resolution? I have this bug too on a 2500x1600 Windows 10 machine.
