An error occurred while saving the comment Michael Clark commentedI have this same problem. File, Edit and Layout all jump to Window or Help. It started since I installed the latest version [13.0.1 x 64]on a new Windows 10 computer. This only happens with the mouse. Alt-F will allow me to scroll down.

Same issue. Moving the mouse down from File causes a different drop down menu to appear. At least yesterday that was the case. Interestingly yesterday it was only File, Edit and Layout that caused the Window or Help to drop. Now File works fine and all the other menu items drop the a menu to the left. Deleting the preference file on opening had no effect. I've been unable to locate the pref and cache files in file manager.
