How can we improve InDesign?

MathML Support

We need to have InDesign to support MathML, this is much awaited feature, but not supporting in InDesign yet.

Currently we're using 3rd party plugins such as MathType, MathTools, PowerMath, etc. but not meeting our expectation, also high license cost than InDesign.

@ALL: Please support to include this feature in InDesign in the very near release.

    Benetech's Global Certified Accessible Initiative to certify EPUB's as being accessible strongly supports the addition of MathML being added to InDesign so that the resulting EPUBs can be fully accessible and not just an image of a math equation. The DIAGRAM Center along with DAISY and others are also working on best practices on how the MathML should be put into an EPUB so that there is graceful fallback when MathML and JavaScript is not supported by the reading system, and the Math will still be visible and accessible.

    This is a very important feature for everybody using InDesign to create scientific/technical texts. Please work on it!

    Yes, a lack of math typesetting capabilities is a glaring oversight by Adobe. Would love to see this feature added. The plugins are all ridiculously expensive.

    @ALL: Thanks for your support to move this requirement into 1st position and hope Adobe will notify this and come back with the plan on including this feature in InDesign in the near future.

    @Adobe: We are getting more issues for math equations, please include this feature in upcoming release.
