Style group support via xml import
So far as I know, InDesign does not support style groups via xml import.
Why is this usefull?
If styles in a InDesign template organized into groups, we cannot refer with the attribute aid:pstyle and aid:cstyle to these styles and automatically apply these during xml import.

@roland Dreger: Wow! However you found this: Thank you for sharing!
But that's only a workaround, so Adobe: Please rebuild this properly.

What I have found out in the meantime: as a separator of group and style in the aid:pstyle attribute you can use the Charater U+E00B
Caveat: A requirement for the correct assignment is that the group and the style already exist in the InDesign document, i.e. InDesign does not create the group by XML import if not.
An adjustment from Adobe would still be desirable to ensure consistency with the import of formats without format groups.

We need this feature badly.

I have one more suggestion whenever they will consider it. Add for applying conditional text as well in XML namespace.

I strongly support this idea to be implemented. This would be very useful and a lot of time saving process.

Much needed for structure in templates. Being able to target paragraph styles in paragraph group styles with pstyle on generated XML would we very useful.
