Share for Review with Slug Area
I use slugs with my layouts and clients reference the information there, as well as vetting production elements like crops and color swatches. I would like the option to Share for Review with crop and slug area included.

Review link will be deleted after saving Copy
Bug: If you generate a review link and save after this a copy of the .indd. Then the review link is deleted and you have to generate it again. This new link is different from the first one.
I think The review link for the original file should stay the same after saving a copy.

Automatic version control for Share for Review
Would it be possible for InDesign to apply version control (like GitHub) to Share for Review? What if, for example, designers could choose a versioning standard in the preferences panel (e.g. 1.0.1 vs 2020.v1.1) which is then activated when you Share for Review and updated every time the link is updated?

InDesign review feature request - accept edits
As I am playing with the new review feature within InDesign, I noticed that it is not a robust as the PDF comments feature. There is the "resolve" button, but no "accept" button. I would like to request that there is an "accept" button so I don't have to make any type edits and adding in the risk of error.

Allowing the Review Function to have live text editable/collaborative
The company I work for focuses more on publishing where we are working between an art and development team and an editorial team.
Currently, we use InCopy to allow our editors to be more hands on with their major changes they need to text. But it creates a long wait time, packaging and uploading large files to our current servers, and room for error for the designer or editor to not be working from the most updated file. The problem we are having with InCopy not only is the human error of the risk of outdated files, but uploading large…

pdf comments
Allow assign shortcuts for working with pdf-comments
Working with corrections via imported pdf-comments could be sped up very much if there would be the possibility to assign following shortcuts:
- copy comment to clipboard
- mark comment as applied (or what it is in english)
- go to next / previous comment

share for review accept changes
It would be extremely helpful to allow the Share for Review comments to be implemented with a click of a button, just like we can currently do by importing PDF comments.
Having to retype the changes a reviewer suggests is not only time consuming, but also allows for errors, since it has to be retyped. And if this already works in the PDF comments, it should work on this.

Save to Server vs cloud option
We save all of our files on a shared work server and keep track of versions and final files all on a shared server not through the cloud which also allows all non-adobe ID users to review files as well. We would like to be able to use the share function as we already use it in Acrobat but would love to select where the review file is stored.

Rotate pages feature neccesary for Share for Review
My file for printing has to be horizontal (it opens up, its a calendar), so I rotate the view 90 degrees for working. When I share for review, my coworkers see the file horizontal and cannot rotate the pages on the Acrobat preview, also I cannot rotate or do something so they can view it differently, so our calendar is being reviewed with lots of neck straing.
Please do something!

Add the SPREAD NAMES for the reviewers
Add the name of each spread in "share for review". Right now they're rename "1-2-3-etc." and it may be confusing for people that receive the document to know what spread is what when we named it already in Indesign (ex : Facebook publicity, Newspaper publicity, Website, Poster, etc.)

Ability for reviewers to create a "Floating Page"
I create Installation Guides and a part of that review process is confirming that the information called out in the Bill of Materials matches the information in the instructions. The ability to "float" the page the Bill of Materials is on so that it follows the reader through the document would make reviewing faster and more accurate because they won't have to scroll back and forth.

Share several separate files as one (using Book feature possibly) in Share for Review
The Share for Review is a fantastic feature.
We publish magazines that are designed in several different files for each section. It would be great if you could combine files and share for review (possibly using the Book feature). Currently the Book features allows you to create a single PDF from several separate files into one.
This option would be great when Sharing for Review instead of creating a PDF.19 votes -
The ability to mention (@) guest users
Not everyone who will review my projects have an Adobe account, but I still need to be able to mention them in order to draw there attention to certain comments or areas on the page.

share for review
It would be really helpful to be able to switch between multiple "share for review" links that are created for one document (ie: client vs. internal) - the same way we can in xd (xd screenshot attached).

Switch between multiple links created for one project
If you need to create multiple links for one layout, for example one for internal review and one for the client - how can you switch back and forth between them directly from the Share for Review panel in InDesign? Can it really be that if you create a new link (for whatever reason) you can never go back and update a link that has already been created?

Compare Changes
I will send an updated document out and my clients won't be able to see what has changed. Can a setting or state be added to show the previous version vs the latest version?

tabs read Your work instead of file name
this is really inconvenient especially if more than one file is being reviewed.
