The fix of the issue is now available in the latest InDesign 2026(v21.0.1.006). We recommend you upgrade to the latest version for the fix.
If you are unable to see the update, go to the Creative Cloud application, click on the context menu on the top right, and click on Check for App Updates.

Still happening on 18.2.1 on Ventura 13.3.1 using a Mac Mini M1 with 16GB RAM. With GPU turned on, I get random graphics glitches from solid colour boxes or single lines appearing alongside boxes.
I was using an LG 4K monitor and thought there might be an issue with that. I've just switched to an Apple Studio Display though and it's still happening randomly – very frustrating!
